Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. The contract of the sale of the goods will not be formed until delivery of the goods to you at the address that you give us. We retain the right to treat items ordered as separate orders. All orders placed on the website will be confirmed at the time of purchase by email.
In most instances we will fulfil orders within 10 working days, and usually in less time. If for any reason there is a delay, such as our fine art printer being away or some failure in machinery, or for any reason, we will notify you as soon as practicable.
Commissions, bespoke items or the addition of embellishments will entail longer periods of time before delivery. The approximate delivery time will be discussed at the time of the agreement reached for such items to be produced.
We will take payment via PayPal at the time you place your order. Taking payment does not mean we have accepted your order and, in the event of us not accepting your order, a full refund will be given as soon as reasonably possible (and in any event within 7 days of us advising you that your order has not been accepted).
Returns must be made within 10 working days of receipt of your order. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwised agreed) and we recommend a signed for service, as we cannot exchange or refund goods if they are lost in transit. Items returned for exchange will incur additional postage at the same rate as the original purchase; items that are not in the same postage rate because of different weight or dimensions will be charged at the appropriate rate.
Products and items that are made to order or personalised are not refundable unless faulty. In such circumstances we reserve the right to rectify a personalised item if possible and return postage costs would be refunded.
In the case of damaged items, please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing details and photos.
We endeavour to keep the website up to date and error free. Occasionally, however, product descriptions or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
While, as above, every care has been taken to describe items accurately, variations may occur with colour reproduction of items or text descriptions, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions, colours or other content is accurate, consistent, reliable, complete or error free. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied.
You must not modify, copy, reproduce, upload, post, transmit or distribute by any means or in any manner whatsoever, any material or information or download from our website except where expressly invited to do so or indicated on our website.
