At the end of November 2010 Clubs are
invited to submit claims for the members of their Club
that have joined TriVic between 1 July and 30 November
2010

Clubs will have to submit
a list of names and membership numbers along with their
invoice - $20 per senior membership, $15 per junior membership,
$40 per family membership

Once verified, payment will
be made to the Clubs for those members

Rules
and Conditions

Names and numbers or no payment

No double dipping
-
Claims only accepted during two ‘windows’
of December and May - claims at other times will be ignored

Competing coaches eligible but not non-competing
coaches

$50 per TO will be deducted from the April
payment to Club if their nominated TO attended less than
3 events in the year
